I ordered the digital download image, how long do I have to download my product?

Our digital images are set to expire 60 days from when the photographs are delievered to the school. There is no set universale expiration date as we do not photograph all of our schools on the same day. Please refer to the information card about your digital image located in your order envelope you recieved from the school. If you do not see your expiration date or misplaced it please give us a call or email and we will let you know!

How long does it take for my online order to be processed?

Our online orders are placed at the same time as the students who handed in a physical order packet. Best way to recieve your online order on time with the rest of the school is to order before your schools scheduled photo date.

How long do I have to place my online order?

Our discounted bulk pricing expires 72 hours after your schools scheduled photo date. After that our customers only have the option of purchasing individual items and not our custom packages, customers also have to pay our regular pricing plus a shipping and handling fee. What we call our 2nd sale usually expires around the holidays. To help save you money we open our online sales one month to one and a half months in advance so it’s best to get your order in before to long!

I wanted to wait to place my online order after I saw my child's photo. What do I do?

You are still able to order online you just have to follow the url and enter the password for that specific child. But remember that will be after the 72 hour deadline. If you want to save money by not paying our regular price you are still more then welcome to obtain a physical order packet from the school’s office. Fill out the order form, enclose payment, and hand it in back to the office. The office will notify us of the late order.

I really want to order more photos for my family and I do not know where my password is. Where can I find it?

All passwords are given out when the package order is placed for your school. They are located on a long skinny print out right underneath what we call our Safety ID Card. Every student even staff member recieves one of these ID Cards even if they do not place an order. You can locate the url to find the ordering section and password highlighted directly underneath the picture. If you no longer have this slip please get in contact with us and we can provide you with the link and password.

I am a grandparent and want to order photos of my grandchildren. What is the login information so I can do that?

Our company policy is we do not give out information about students even to view or purchase products to anyone besides schools or parents. We do this to help kiddos safe. If you want to order prints for your grandchildren you must get in contact with the child’s parents.

I forgot to turn in my order packet on photo day. What do I do now?

You are more then welcome to still turn in your order packet into the school. They will inform us what you ordered and will mail us the order packet.

My child is new to the school, I did not receive an order packet. Where and how do I get one?

We always print off extra order forms for our schools for this very reason. Stop into the office and grab an order form, fill it out, and enclsoe a payment. Make sure you mark on the order packet what you would like to order along with your students information.

I have more then one student in the school, can I fill out one check for all my kids or do I need to fill out a check for each child?

We HIGHLY prefer and recommend you fill out a check for each and every child you may have in that school or school district. If you write one check for all your kid’s in that school or district it is likely one of the children or more will not recieve their photos as we have not recieved payment of their pictures. So to save and troubles please write multiple checks. Thank you!

I marked down personalization on the order form and the digital download, the photo I downloaded is not personalized. What happened?

Our digital downloads are not able to be personalized. The order forms are clearly marked with a warning to help you catch this and not order it. If you ordered the personalization option and ordered other prints the name and year will be included on the printed out photos just not the digital download.

I ordered the class picture and it has not arrived yet. Where is it?

Our class pictures are always the last product to be pushed out the door and off to the schools. We have to wait until the retakes have been taken for us to start the proofing process of the class pictures. Once that is complete we are able to place the final order and send it off to the school.

I want to order some Holiday products for Christmas, do you have any products for the Holiday season?

Yes we do! We have many Holiday products to offer you. Our holiday products become active online(only) in the beginning of November every year. The sale runs right up to Christmas and a little bit after.

I want my child's photo retaken, what is the process to get this done?

When it is your school’s scheduled photo retake day send your child to the school that day with their original photos that you ordered. If you do not return your original photos you will not recieve the newly retaken photos.

What is your retake policy?

We require anyone that is having their photo retaken to return their order packet into the photographer on the scheduled retake date. If you do not know this date please ask either your school or give us a ring! We do have a $5 retake fee, this fee is only charged to customers with an issue on the photo we could have fixed. Issues we could have fixed or that could have been avoided are such: Fly on child’s face, hair in the child’s face, or the lighting is off. Basically something we can catch as a photographer and correct before we click the camera. But if your child is wearing the wrong shirt, their hair is not up right, or they refuse to smile. These are just some issues that our photographers cannot control. We try our best to have every child smile for their photos but sometimes they just do not want to smile.
