Chad Phillips
Owner/Sales/Lead Photographer/Designer
Chad Phillips is the CEO and co-owner with Becky Phillips. Chad is in charge of sales and photography making sure that everything is running smoothly on the front end. He has been in the photography business providing portraits for over 18 years. He has the time, experience, and knowledge on how to get the picture just right for each and every student.
Jolynn Neve
Photographer
Jolynn has been in photography for more than 5 years. She is experienced in getting any child, even the most stubborn ones, to smile. She has been taken under Chads wing and is an expert in getting the best picture possible for each and every child.
Cameron Phillips
Photographer
Cameron is the oldest son of Becky and Chad. He has been helping Chad with portraits at events for over 10 years. With the years of experience photographing large events, he knows how to properly set up lights, get that perfect smile, and get it done quickly.

Zecyn Phillips
Customer Service/Yearbook Guru
Zecyn (Z) is a daughter in law of Becky and Chad. She has been helping with taking orders and enter orders for over 8 years. Her main role in the office is to enter the forms once our photography team arrives back from the schools. She brings an extra level of detail to our team that helps eliminate any mistakes.
Becky Phillips
Owner/Customer Service Manager/Photographer
Becky co-owns Photography by Mark Inc. with Chad. She is the main source of communication with schools. If you’re a parent or school staff you will most likely be in contact with Becky ironing anything out or getting some questions answered. Becky has been helping Chad run their other photography business, ‘Chad Phillips Photography’, for over 18 years. She knows how to properly and professionally communicate with clients.
